I love this acoustic version a lot. I went and listened to the original, and the feeling completely changes with the acoustic guitar running things. So comfy, and evokes such a specific feeling.
Holy mother of pop-jazz! What is this!!!! This track is incredibly polished and well made! Love the sound of the acoustic guitar - well played and well recorded, and the mix is impeccable! Beautiful breathy vocals. Composition so cool. Reminds me of Kurt Rosenwinkel's Caipi which I adore.
The horns are also fantastic, I can't tell if they're real or not. I would only lean towards not because I know it's weeklybeats and real horns seem too high-effort.
Great bridge and finale. I'm off to hear more of your stuff!
Neat track! I love the vocals, and I do like the sort of distressed, crunchy effect you've gone for throughout, but I also wonder what it would sound like clean?? Maybe too clean?
[the guitars are fairly clean, so just checking in, I think there's a trend on this platform for folks to not like the sound of their own voices, but I LOVE the sound of your voices!]
anyway - great job, please keep it up, thank you

Sax is always real each week, and yes, high effort!
